August will be an awesome month for music, reading, and reading about music

If you’re like me, in the sense that whatever it is you’re reading colors the scene of your experience and modulates the tone of your inner monologue, and also in the sense that you’d pretty much rather be reading than doing just about anything else, except for maybe playing and/or talking about music, then we should really be friends you’ll be as excited as I am about the LA Times blog Jacket Copy’s theme for this month: Rock Your Books Off!
